Refund and Warranty Policy

1. Service-Based Work

Due to the nature of our business, refunds are generally not offered once a service has been rendered. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues.

 

2. Deposits and Cancellations

  • Deposits are required for certain projects and are non-refundable unless canceled within 14 days of booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before service may incur a fee.

 

3. Defective or Incomplete Work

If work is found to be incomplete or defective, we will offer corrections at no additional cost within a reasonable timeframe. 

 

4. Warranty

NEON Systems stands behind the quality of our installations. Any device that is defective upon arrival or develops a fault after installation is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for that specific part. If a device becomes defective after installation due to poor workmanship, NEON Systems will cover all costs associated with correcting the issue.
